A few rules keep it simple:
- Each 30-day supply purchased directly from the clinic earns one stamp.
- Applies to eligible medications used consistently each month, including preventatives, long-term prescriptions, and approved over-the-counter products such as FortiFlora, Dasuquin, and DOUXO pyo.
- If your pet takes multiple daily or monthly medications, only one eligible medication can count toward the program each month. For example, purchasing three different monthly prescriptions in September will earn one stamp—not stamps for three separate months. However, purchasing a three-month supply of one eligible medication will earn three stamps.
- Preventatives: A 12-dose supply purchased at once earns all 12 stamps, allowing the free exam to be redeemed immediately. Didn’t need Apoquel all year and still have a few empty spaces? Monthly doses of NexGard can help you complete your card!
The reward:
- The reward covers one standard examination. Vaccines, diagnostics, medications, and treatments are not included.
- Pets must remain current patients and meet all legally and medically required examination and monitoring requirements while participating.
- Stamp cards are assigned to an individual pet and cannot be combined or transferred between pets.
